Each room will have 2-3 staff members available to assist the session chair. All presentations for the session will already be downloaded onto the room computer. The staff will help with displaying the presentations and facilitating questions from the audience.
Talks in the parallel sessions are 12 minutes long, followed by 3 minutes for questions and the transition to the next speaker. Each room will be provided with "5 minutes remaining" and "Time is up" signs for the chair to use to notify speakers of the remaining presentation time.
